Yesterdays trip to the zoo was splendid and fun! Mom, dad and I enjoyed ourselves but we sure didn't really enjoy the extremely hot sun but we dealt with it by trying to walk along the shade, staying hydrated, and eating shaved ice cones!! Mmm ^_^ I hadn't had those in such a long time. It was good. There were however so many bees at the ice cone stand :O because of the sweetness and yes I was afraid haha. I took several pictures both with my digital and Holga camera just in case my Holga photos don't come out because I am unsure that I placed the film in correctly :(... Anyways I saw my favorite animal! The giraffe! :D Took a lot of pictures of them and I can't wait to share with you. Pictures will be up tomorrow for you to see. I got some souvenirs too but the most important thing is that I had a good time there with my parents even though I have been to the zoo so many times. But the last time was like 10 years ago so I didn't really remember the place.

I'm sure you did don't worry, I was a bit worried about that with my first roll, but it was fine. I ended up leaving the back open a little for the 2nd film just to make sure I could see it catch.
